We deliver training designed around your organisation – from lunchtime drop-in sessions to one on one training, key operator training to workshops and presentations.
We also put customer service at the forefront of our efforts. Our dedicated end user helpdesk is there answer your questions and provide remote support for printing and scanning issues. If it’s a breakdown then one of our own Service Engineers will be on site the same day. Fully accredited, insured and DBS checked, our Service Engineers are all highly experienced and carry extensive car stocks, enabling them to achieve first fix rates over 98%.
