Understanding the Requirement

As part of a wider office furniture project, we worked closely with our client to create a comfortable and functional working environment for their team. During the process, it became clear that one member of staff required additional support.

Following a previous accident, the individual experienced ongoing back pain, which made long periods of sitting uncomfortable. Standard office seating simply didn’t provide the level of support they needed to work comfortably throughout the day.

Our Approach

We took a personalised approach to ensure the best possible outcome:

  • Carried out a one-to-one consultation to fully understand the individual’s needs
  • Assessed a range of ergonomic seating options with advanced adjustability
  • Arranged product trials to find the most suitable chair
  • Provided guidance on posture and chair setup to maximise comfort and support
  • Delivering the Right Solution

After careful consideration, we supplied a fully adjustable ergonomic chair designed to provide targeted support. Key features included enhanced lumbar support, adjustable seat positioning, and flexibility to adapt to the user’s movements throughout the day.
