RETURNS POLICY
Supplies
You may return unwanted items to us for credit within 14 days of delivery.
They may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge - this will be confirmed when you request your return.
Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Special order or bespoke items may not be returned unless they are faulty.
Furniture
Office furniture items are generally made to order and so may not be returned unless they are faulty.
Our delivery and installation team will make sure that your furniture is installed in perfect condition.
If you choose to build or install your own items this is done at your own risk and we will be unable to offer returns for damaged items unless notified immediately upon delivery.
Stocked items may be returned in certain circumstances. However this will be subject to a restocking and/or collection charge and you should contact us for more information.

Equipment
We do not accept returns of MFPs and Printers.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
