Weaver Bomfords have been a long-time partner to Security Plus and have helped develop and improve the company’s printing network , introducing remote monitoring, automated toner deliveries and taking over the support and maintenance of the entire fleet of devices.

With eight locations across the UK, a reliable Managed Print solution is essential to trouble-free printing and copying across the group, especially as many of the machines have to operate in difficult, dust-filled environments.

Downtime needs to be kept to an absolute minimum in order to reduce the number of site visits required and so the Weaver system of scheduled, planned maintenance coupled with remote monitoring and real time alerts, keeps the system running smoothly helping prevent breakdowns. 

Keeping costs in check is another important factor and so the fleet is mixed, with devices chosen to reflect the specific needs of a site or department. Legacy devices are also included on the plan.

Our established team is also of great benefit to the secure environment, with engineers attending site who are known to the Security Plus staff and familiar with site requirements. All our engineers are fully accredited, are CRB/DBS checked and fully insured.
